Anti-Spam & Consent Notice
sendingbulk is intended for permission-based communications. Customers are responsible for ensuring every campaign complies with applicable messaging, privacy and marketing laws.
Consent standard
Use recipient data only when you have a lawful basis to contact the recipient. Where prior consent is required, obtain it before sending and maintain records showing when and how consent was collected.
Clear sender identification
Messages should accurately identify the sender or business. Do not disguise the origin of a message or use a Sender ID, brand, number or domain without authorization.
Opt-out and preference handling
Where applicable, provide a clear way for recipients to stop promotional communications. Opt-out requests should be honored promptly and should not be re-imported into active marketing lists without a new lawful basis.
List hygiene
Regularly remove invalid, bounced, complained or opted-out recipients. Avoid scraped, harvested or indiscriminately purchased lists. List size is not a substitute for recipient permission or relevance.
Campaign review
Campaigns, Sender IDs and accounts may be reviewed or restricted where spam, complaints, suspicious content or consent concerns are identified.
