Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to sendingbulk, including wallet, campaign, Sender ID, messaging and website-promotion request features.
1. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business or personal communications you are authorized to send. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Messaging and campaign responsibility
You are responsible for the recipients, content, Sender IDs, links, files and targeting submitted through the platform. You must have all permissions and rights required by applicable law and channel/provider rules.
3. Sender identities and approvals
Sender IDs, business identities and sending numbers may require verification or administrative approval. Approval inside the dashboard does not replace any verification required by a carrier, provider, country or regulator.
4. Wallet, campaigns and manual operations
Payments may be reviewed before wallet credit is applied. Campaigns may remain pending until administrative review. Some operations may be manually processed. A submitted or approved campaign does not guarantee delivery, traffic, conversions, opens, responses or any specific business result.
5. Availability and changes
Features, pricing, limits and supported channels may change. Maintenance, provider outages, compliance reviews and technical issues can temporarily affect availability.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, platform security or legal compliance, including suspected abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized Sender IDs or payment disputes.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sendingbulk is not responsible for indirect losses, recipient behavior, third-party provider outages, carrier filtering, regulatory actions, or results that depend on targeting, content, data quality or external networks.
8. Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Support section. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
