Refund / Payment Policy
This policy explains wallet credits, manual payment review, campaign deductions and situations in which a refund or balance adjustment may be considered.
Payment review
Payments submitted with transaction references or screenshots may remain pending until verified. A screenshot alone does not establish successful payment; the transaction must be confirmed through the applicable payment method.
Wallet credits
Approved funds are credited to the customer wallet. Separate feature wallets, such as a Heavy Traffic wallet, may require an internal transfer from the main wallet.
Campaign deductions and rejected campaigns
Where the platform reserves or deducts campaign funds before administrative review, a rejected campaign should be returned to the applicable wallet according to the platform workflow. Approved, processed or consumed services are generally not refundable except where required by law or where a verified platform error occurred.
Crypto / USDT payments
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Customers are responsible for using the correct network, address and amount. Funds sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network may be unrecoverable. Wallet credit is applied only after transaction verification.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report suspected duplicate charges or incorrect wallet deductions through Support with the transaction/campaign reference. Verified errors may be corrected through a wallet adjustment or other appropriate remedy.
No result-based refund guarantee
Delivery rates, opens, responses, website visits and conversions depend on external providers, audience quality, consent, content, targeting and other factors. Refunds are not based solely on a campaign failing to achieve a desired business result.
Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute, contact Support so transaction records can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
